Fennick McCredie Architecture is a highly collaborative design studio located in downtown Boston.
Our diverse portfolio encompasses transportation, institutional, commercial, and community projects ranging from $1M – $150M in size.
Interior Designer
- Develop interior design concepts in plan, section, elevation and perspective
- Develop 2D and 3D digital construction documents
- Develop presentational graphics and material boards depicting the design for use
- Construction Administration services to ensure that the project is built generally in conformance with the Construction Documents
- Schedule 40hrs./week
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Architecture
Prior experience must include:
- 4 years’ experience w/Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Acrobat Professional, BlueBeam, Adobe Creative Suite
- 4 years’ experience in designing and developing interior design concepts in plan, section, elevation and perspective
- 4 years’ experience in creating 3D renderings and material boards for presentations
- 4 years’ experience in producing design development and construction documents
- 4 years’ experience in construction administration services to ensure that the project is built generally in conformance with the construction documents
- 4 years’ experience in selecting and specifying furniture and finishes to fit client satisfaction and budget
- 4 years’ experience in large scale interstate public and private projects
- 2 years’ experience in creating virtual reality presentation model for clients throughout the design progress
